We purchased the first rental property in 2006 and then started offering Property Preservation ,REO Trashout, & Rehab work later that same year. We have aligned ourselves with a couple of National firms,  but our main client base consists of a few choice  local realtors  specializing in REO sales. We have recently added Commercial Construction Post-Cleanup.
